I am here to experience duality

I am here to experience duality.  Not to attach to it, but to view the roots and release from it. 

I am here to experience this so I may know and appreciate Source, I Am.  

I cannot know what it’s like to be with Source if I do not know what it is like to be without.  

I have already done the lower work.  I am doing shadow work now. 

Releasing from lower vibrational emotions allows my energy to vibrate at higher frequencies.  

I am working my way back to full experience of Source.  

When I view the roots, when I acknowledge the sponsoring thought, I can be actionable to release old patterns of thinking and create new, higher vibrational, loving patterns and thoughts.
